Fast forward to 2013 and he has amassed multiple USA Crit and Superweek wins along with podiums in National Racing Calendar events and State Championships. His lead-out abilities have put sprinters on the podium in the Tour of California, Alberta, Korea, USA Pro Challenge, Castilla y Leon and the top step of the US PRO Criterium Championships.
" Thank you for visiting Beyond Intervals Coaching. My name is Tom Soladay and I was a professional cyclist from 2008-2017. I started this business because I wanted to give back and pass on all that I have learned. My in-depth approach does not cut corners. Your custom program goes BEYOND the usual training plan. We will examine your eating habits, sleep schedule, mental preparation, racing tactics and adaptability. The coach/client relationship should be easy and stress free.
